The product must not be treated as a substitute for professional medical advice or validated clinical storage equipment unless expressly certified and described for that purpose;
Medicines must not be used if their required storage conditions may have been interrupted; and
Medical questions must be referred to a qualified doctor, pharmacist or healthcare professional.
BIOOCT is not responsible for loss or deterioration caused by incorrect use, unsuitable storage settings, power interruption, failure to follow instructions or use outside the product’s stated specifications, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated.
Unless specifically indicated:
Displayed product prices include applicable taxes;
Delivery, handling, installation or other charges may be added separately and shown before payment;
Promotional prices are valid only for the stated period or while stocks last; and
Discount codes and promotional offers cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing accuracy. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical, technical, system or supplier error, we may contact you before dispatch and offer you the option to:
Confirm the order at the correct price; or
Cancel the affected order and receive a full refund of the amount paid.
We will not charge an increased price without your approval after you have placed an order.

An order may generally be cancelled before dispatch through the customer account or by contacting customer support. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible, and the applicable return or refusal-of-delivery process will apply.
Customised, specially manufactured, hygiene-sensitive, opened or otherwise non-returnable products may have different cancellation and return conditions, where clearly disclosed before purchase and permitted by law.

An amount being debited does not by itself confirm acceptance of an order.
If payment is debited but the order is not successfully created, we will verify the transaction and initiate or facilitate a refund where appropriate. Bank and payment-gateway processing timelines may apply.
We will not request your card PIN, UPI PIN, banking password or one-time password through telephone, email, WhatsApp or social media. Customers must not share such credentials with anyone claiming to represent IOCT Store or BIOOCT.
An electronic or physical tax invoice will be issued using the billing information provided during checkout.
Customers requesting a GST invoice must provide accurate GST registration and business details before the invoice is generated. Changes to an issued invoice may not be possible except where permitted by law.
Delivery timelines displayed on the website are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Delivery may be affected by:
Customer location and courier serviceability;
Product availability;
Public holidays;
Weather or natural events;

Government restrictions;

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate BIOOCT for reasonable losses, claims or expenses arising directly from your:

This provision does not apply to ordinary consumer complaints or lawful exercise of consumer rights.
BIOOCT will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, war, civil disturbance, labour disruption, transportation failure, internet or power outage, cyberattack, government action, import restriction or courier disruption.
We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of such events and communicate material delays where practicable.

Termination will not affect rights, obligations, payments or claims that arose before termination.
